1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern delivery, performance, and offers between the buyer and L’Attachant Leathercraft. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every sale. Upon ordering the goods, these General Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted. Deviating provisions must be confirmed in writing by L’Attachant Leathercraft.

 

2 Offer and conclusion of contract

The offer and presentation of products in the online shop are non-binding and subject to change. The technical specifications in the online shop are guidelines only and do not constitute a guarantee of properties.

By clicking the “Buy” button you place a binding order for all products listed in the shopping cart.

After receipt of the order, a confirmation will be sent. The offer is only validly concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.

The contract is concluded upon delivery of the product.

 

3 Prices, VAT and shipping costs

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and will be added to your bill.

According to Article 10 of the Value Added Tax Act (VAT), L’Attachant Leathercraft is not subject to VAT. Therefore, you will not be charged any taxes.

 

4 Delivery conditions

Delivery takes place in Switzerland, exceptions are possible upon request.

Products are shipped on business days. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, within 24 hours of receipt of payment via Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.

Any delivery delays will be communicated immediately. If delivery delays exceed two weeks, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. L’Attachant Leathercraft must be notified of this in writing. Delays caused by the Swiss Post are excluded from this provision.

 

5 Payment

Payment for the ordered goods can be made either via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

With bank transfer, the ordered goods will only be delivered once L’Attachant Leathercraft has received the full payment. If your payment is not received within 7 calendar days despite the due date, L’Attachant Leathercraft will generally withdraw from the contract. In this case, the delivery will be cancelled.
