CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom orders, the process goes as follows:
- First initial contact from you to describe your idea and project, by email or by clicking on the curvaceous button below.
- I give you my feedback in terms of feasability and options along with an initial quote.
- Depending on the complexity of the project: setting up a call, a workshop visit or just sending back an email to take measurements. Validate the quote.
- Waiting on your project and eventually kick my butt if you’ve been waiting too long.
- Receiving your product, enjoy!
- In case of any wear and tear, get in touch so I can fix it. Go back to step 5!
I’m a one man operation and when you get in touch, there can be a slight delay in answering but rest assured that I have seen your request and will come back to you as soon as possible!
